MRE Programs

MRE’s growing list of Health and Wellness Programs is based upon specific needs as expressed by individuals, families, and larger groups, including employers. MRE Associates charges nothing for its educational services, but some of the suggested corrective measures may carry with them various charges from other sources, such as those associated with a fitness club membership. All programs consist of a menu of options. For those more serious about improving their own health and helping others, there is even an option (below) for becoming a “Certified Team Leader”.
